Excellent animated film. Really good story line and superb animation.

Even though this was a children's movie, this movie was very unique. However, I felt this movie was predictable. Overall, I would rate 7/10 if I could.

Is great, different from other movies.

Visually stunning all throughout. Theme & tone of the movie is slightly dark & is better suited for young adults/adults/8+. As a couple in our 30s with no kids, we were happy to see humor wasn't dumbed-down. The final fights was undeservedly & unexpectedly rushed. The explanations of the eye & father revelation were poorly executed. Beetle showed no physical likeness or personality of the dad!!!
