Lots of fun. Ode to the original without stepping on any toes. I wouldn't say it is G rated but it was good. Loved seeing Keaton as Beetlejuice again.

It was a great sequel.

This is the right way to do a long-past-due sequal. There are many callbacks to the original film, but most are subtle. Other than BJ's obsession with Lydia, the plot is new, not recycled. Tim Burton's fingerprints are all over the production design and costuming and it feels familiar and comfortable. The lipsyncing could have been done better, and the Richard character's headless body could have been improved, but overall, a first class experiance. Bravo!

Visuals were incredible with practical effects and great lighting. Catherine O'Hara is legendary as always. The stories wove together so well and it is paced nicely.
