A little long but good acting.

It was heart wrenching to watch this story unfold but so intriguing. At 2.5 hours, it’s too long but there are wonderful performances and haunting imagery. I hadn’t read the book but enjoyed this film. There was plenty of suspense and I was surprised by the unexpected ending.
