Less campy than Save the Green Planet but the end is very fun. The main part of the story (before the deaths) feels like it moves a bit slower than Save the Green Planet and has less suspense, maybe because the characters feel more sad? The camp of the korean one made the first half of that version more fun to watch, plus it built up suspense really well with the police procedural. But that said, the ending of this, going back to the office and going into space and seeing humanity wiped out, was very fun and I wished more of the movie had that zany energy.

Not Yorgo’s best but very enjoyable

YORGOS!!! Nobody makes movies like this guy and the films are never boring. Bugonia is horrific and funny and strange. More please!
