It never played

I signed in for the screening extremely early when I received the link, and I was bumped straight to the panel. The panel discussion repeated itself and then I was asked for the survey. The film screening itself never came up.

The movie never even played. Only the pre-movie discussion stuff did.

Would’ve LOVED to have watched it. Unfortunately due to the means on how you held the screening I suffered catastrophic tech issues and the movie wouldn’t play. \r\rI wrote tech support and they were unable to assist. \r\rThank you for the opportunity. I was looking forward to watching it. If I may make a suggestion, please use either of your 2 Apple TV APPS? I’ve never encountered a prob
