I thought it was beautiful. It was quiet and creatively captured the emotions of everything going on and cleverly wove the story lines. It was about family dynamics, war, friendship, growing pains, death and happiness. Infell.in love with the characters and loved the scenery.

Not sure. The movie is a downer in its plot but it is a story with tremendous human understanding. It shines a bright light on the fact that the world has so many really hard experiences for people . Thank you for a beautiful movie- in its uniqueness

I liked it. It is quite haunting. I gave it four stars vs. five just because I had a difficulty at times with understanding what the actors were saying due to the sound quality. Visually, it is stunning!

I enjoyed the movie. I liked seeing the interactions of the men from different parts of the world. Light moments with Omar's friend, time at class balanced the heaviness of their situation. Concert at the end with everyone from the island made me tear up. Would recommend.
