It's a movie that kids and their parents would enjoy without the need to overthink as the plot polishly unfolds. We get more action from the main Minions crew which is actually entertaining while the scenes we had of young Gru were the ones that were endearing as he tackles how to be a proper villain complete with his proper henchmen.

Funny hilarious entertaining enjoyable.

If you like the minions, then this is more of the same for you. If your tired of em, skip it. 70s references were cool for me but kids wont get it. it's fine but not special in any way

My children didn't enjoy it as much as I thought they would. And the movie was not very long. So made it feel rushed or unfinished.
