It was great! Heartwarming. Showed the effects of early childhood trauma but also wove a story about good people willing to help a lost soul and unexpected friendships.

Thank you Warner Bros for the advance screening. It was intriguing but very deep.

Held my attention to the end

While the film isn’t as good as the book, it’s still a valiant effort. The casting was good, although the Russian accents left a bit to be desired. I thought the young Theo and Andy were excellent as well as Jeffrey Wright's Hobart. Overall, a good film and interesting evening out.
