Was different but good

Visually amazing. The story was interesting, while some of the characters seemed unnecessary. The plot jumped around a bit too much so it felt somewhat fragmented. The ending was good, albeit kind of expected.

It was good the ending needed work

I haven't read the books so I came into this new. I did not realize that it was both scifi and horror. I thought it was good but not great and the final 1/3 was confusing.
