It asked me to fill out this survey after a 2 minute intro and didn’t play the movie. I don’t know why I’m asked to review a movie I was unable to see

I would love to recommend this but the video never played. as a fan of the OB production and been cast in a in the heights production at a local community theater I was excited to see what was brought to the table in the film. But sadly the website froze then kicked me out even though I checked in an hour before to secure my spot. I’m just saddened and wish I could have seen it.

I am unable to rate this because I was unable to view it on a device other than my phone. There were many technical difficulties, resulting in me missing about 20 mins of the beginning. I was trying to screen mirror onto my television so that I could watch, but each time I tried, it kept displaying a black screen—even though the FAQ page stated that screen mirroring was allowed. \r\rThank you.

This was a terrible experience. My screening skipped to the speakers (Michelle Obama, Lin Manuel miranda) and I never saw the movie and then it abruptly ended\r
