I couldn't see anything, the screen was black and I couldn't eee or hear anything

The screening platform did not let me watch the movie

I was not able to even see it. The program did not work for me.

Hey, can someone in Warner Bros. help me out? My screening was about to start and then I just got a black screen without any sound or audio. Can someone please help? Because I can’t give a review really if I haven’t seen it.
