It was to slow going. Not much action and didnt really make me feel anything.

I enjoyed the film for the most part. It was beautiful to look at and moving in many aspects. Intriguing to think about the film if the story lines would have been more fleshed out. The lack of flesh, so to speak, lead to a disjointed feel in the story. I most definitely got the gist (well done!), but I feel like there were spaces, opportunities to dig deeper. As I’m say this, I’m thinking that that was perhaps the point all along. Let the viewer fill in all of the back story for themselves, not waste their time with too much unnecessary filler. Alright, ok, you win, I really liked your film.

What I found most interesting was the relationship between Edie and Miguel and the journey it took both characters. Wish it would have come earlier in film. I was moved to tears a number of times feeling the truth in their pain.

It was pretty corny, but kept my interest. I don't think I'd have been real happy had I paid the movie theater prices.
