It was all over the place. The story was ok. The action sequences were fun and creative, the acting was great, but CGI was overused and it was poorly done (everything looked plasticy). \r\rThe obligatory happy ending felt forced

The CGI was bad and in terms of continuity this is a Frankenstein monster of a film. JL Theatrical cut was referenced, but sometimes it referenced Snydercut stuff so that was very disconcerting. As a stand alone movie, it was an ok movie. The emotional scenes need more development. There are tone issues.The comedy surrounding the Flash landed gracefully but this wasn’t the case for other heroes.

Go into this movie with an open mind. There were some stellar performances from Michael Keaton and Sasha Calle, and the special effects were done very well. However, the movie didn’t live up to the hype as much as I thought it would. It was a unique spin on the classic Flashpoint storyline, but some of the new story points they went with could’ve been left out.
