Amazing. Should definitely be one of the main contenders for the Academy Awards.

Well shot, acted, and directed. Loved the mix of humor and pathos as well as McDormand's character giving zero effs. It was an interesting take on grief and thematically different from most of the writer's work I've seen. I like that he still has the theatrical edge I've seen in his stage plays, but this was certainly less theatrey than In Bruges. Would unreservedly recommend.
