Beautiful retold with amazing singing!

This is the first time watching it. I really liked it but could have done without the character pretending to be a boy. I think the story was portrayed pretty well and stayed true to most of the storyline.

I loved everything about the movie, from the beautiful costumes to the excellent dance routines, but the singing was the best! Loved how they cast Rita Moreno again.

I believe that you have to watch the original to appreciate the new version but the singing and performances are amazing.
