I screened the first 2 episodes of season 2, and it ties in seamlessly to the finale of season 1. Sauron and the elf rings are loose in the world, and you can feel the dread and chaos seeping deep into Middle Earth. I came away impressed with the narrative structure, especially regarding a flashback that explains Sauron's absence of a thousand years. It was informative, well shot, and well paced. There was almost too much dialogue in stretches during the episodes I saw, but it is my hope that sets the table for the action to come. I hope. I enjoyed watching

Episodes 1 and 2 of The Rings of Power show that lessons can be learned and fans can be listened to. Epic scenery And epic storytelling. The show immediately thrusts you into San‘s plan As you begin to watch corruption take over middle earth.

I really enjoy the politics and cinematography. There could be a bit more combat warcraft and strategy. I don't think the series takes full advantage of its beauty, there could be more singing, music, and humor. Also the pacing could be better to inject more action and volatility.
