While it certainly had some fun and off-the-wall moments, on the whole I thought it leaned too heavily on cliches and was far too predictable. Disappointed that the running joke about zip lines didn't build to something bigger.

A good heartwarming comedy. It made me cry and laugh.

This is not a movie I would pay to see. It's a movie that I might watch as a part of a streaming service when I wanted something light, contrived, and emotionally manipulative to pull at my heartstrings. It was fine as a side-dish, but not a main course. The acting wasn't great. The dilemmas weren't great. The writing was just so-so. But on a superficial level it worked well enough. So, as a late-night movie or a mind-candy distraction, it would be fine. To pay for it? It's a hard sell.

Very cute movie. Funny and sentimental at the same time.
