I didn’t think the acting, other than John Lithgow, was the greatest. Also, other than a couple of jump scares, I thought it could have been scarier.

Overall pretty decent thriller movie. I expected more scare factor but then again I don't scare too easy.

The actors were amazing, the relationships between all the characters felt very real. The effects were great as well, but the story dragged some and there plot points brought up and then abandoned without being resolved. The different ending was not bad, but didn’t add much to the original story.

It kept the concept of the original film i like the twist, the gost didn't provide enough clues ro be in the movie. The wife's flashbacks had to much vagueness to reallt tie into the movie. The movie was rater r, ot should have been pg13. There was a little gore but not to be rated r. How did the little girl get her mother back so quickly after her death? I thought it took a night to come back.
