It was awesome! Pure horror film all around. An amazing entry into the Evil Dead franchise paying homage to the originals while establishing itself as its own. The blood and gore were amped up like never and the film had bits of comedy reminiscent of Sam Raimi. A loveletter all around, Evil Dead Rise introduces us to a new story while maintaining its original charm, it was so much fun!

Yes! It was really good the suspense was even better. Highly recommend.
