Sparks is on elf my favorite bands, so it was nice to see where they come from and to learn more about them. It's very inspiring to see them stay true to themselves and to always make music that they wanted to make. Edgar Wright should definitely direct more documentaries!

An incredible ride through a dizzying alternate history of modern pop music that somehow really, really happened. I've been a fan for 16 years, but it was like discovering Sparks all over again, so I can't even imagine what it'll be like for people coming to it 100% fresh.

Sparks (a band) is a real life "Spinal Tap," without spontaneously combusting drummer. True genius.
