I liked it a lot, it was very easy to watch minus the fact, it was on my phone. My stressful day turned into enjoyment. This was a very good watch, I hope others get the opportunity to enjoy it. It flowed easily from scene to scene.

It was a well-written twist on the "coming of age" genre. As we watch Boogie come into his next level of self, it is not conveyed in a way that is contrite or overdone. The material resonates more with those of us who come from backgrounds that are not all shiny or fit in the 'normal' American dream seekers. When family and fealty are on the line, your life goals take on new meanings and this story was an excellent portrayal of that.

It was refreshing to watch a film with an Asian-American lead with real, relatable struggles. Great job!

The movie shows a side the complex side of negotiating life as as Asian in a diverse inner city. Life not as a model minority living in the suburbs with two over-educated, underemployed immigrants, but rather life with all the struggles of the lower socio-economic obstacles compounded daily.
