This by far is the best movie that I've seen this year. The Cinematography just excellent, the acting so well performed, the story so well told. I thoroughly enjoyed I would have loved to have seen this in the theater. I can not say enough how good this movie is. Perfect all around!

I loved this movie! The characters had great chemistry and the story is an instant classic. It reminded me of The Notebook, but with a focus on the experience of young, black people in the 50s and 60s. The soundtrack was the perfect backdrop for this smoldering love story. I can't wait to watch it again!

This is a beautiful love story with timeless music. I will be adding this to my collection.

I really loved watching this movie!!! This is the pick me up that I needed after the crazy times that we are in. Although I would have loved to see more family time between Robert, Sylvie, and Michelle as well as explore how Sylvie's pregnancy went and how she told everyone that Robert was in fact Michelle's father. Overall this was a beautiful movie to watch and I would definitely recommend others to watch it! Just like Mona said, Robert and Sylvie's love was extraordinary and I hope to find a love like it.
