A tragic yet honest depiction of Curie's life. Particularly reflective of the challenges she faced as a woman in a world that was extremely prejudiced against females.

It's very good and very powerful, about Marie's inventions and innovations to science, but also personal life and the impact her discoveries had. Everything ties in very well. Even the flashbacks (or flash forwards) show the powerful affect her work had on the world, and are further tied in at the end. The movie showed more of her life than I knew prior to watching, and showed Madame Curie in a different light than I'd seen her before. Some parts were a bit hard to understand, but I think that's because of my computer. Also they made sure you could hear the important stuff.

Truly enjoyed Rosalind Pike in this film. I have always admired her acting style and what she brings into the roles she takes on. Enjoyed the history and how the film told the life story about Marie Curie.
