I am probably not the target audience for this movie. It was funny and had good emotional moments so probably the best of the Pokemon movies, but the ending wound up being some odd fights that lost my interest.

The movie was Ok, I think it was a bit obvious that the film was being used to ride the Ryan Reynolds Deadpool wave but for kids. It was entertaining at times, my 11 year old son enjoyed it. I feel like more characters could have been put in it, the world felt a bit small. I think for the first live action Pokemon movie it would have been better to introduce us the Pokeverse (Pokemon Universe)

It's ok.

It is a fun movie but not worth it to pay for it.
