My 7 year old granddaughter enjoyed the movie a lot. I also thought it was entertaining because of the mix of American Idol and The Voice approach with a little bit of police work. The children around us laughed a lot. Definitely a good children's movie with the end being that good beats evil/bad.

Is an OK movie for kids

It was a cute kids movie. I mean who doesn’t like talking dogs. Story and script not going to win any awards but my grandkids liked it and even watched it again on Netflix later than night.
