i am having a difficult time with movies these days. most of them are really bad. Thus when I see something decent I am happy. This movie was decent. It was beautifully filmed and acted and it had a very good theme about people helping other people that need help. Yes, I found it predictable and there was nothing extraordinary about it. However, it was not filled with gratuitous sex, violence, profanity etc etc.

I didn’t love the ending. It felt confusing. I don’t like that one had to die for the other to live. It doesn’t feel like race was thought about while making this movie. But it was beautifully filmed, and the silence was breathtaking. I liked it, but the ending felt forced.

It was okay. The story was good in the beginning but I felt that it was missing something. I wanted to know more about her. She wanted to be alone, but ended up needing someone. Nothing of her backstory was revealed until the end. I didn’t feel connected to her or the other character.
