It was just okay. Kind of hard to stay with the movie till the end.

Heavy but touching. Wish there was brighter lighting in the beginning because it was hard to see. \r I always loved the film Continental Divide, and this drew me to watch the movie. That was a comedy but still about a strong independent woman which I like. \rI wish Miguel did not die at the end. There was already plenty of heart wrenching and drama in the movie. That was too much and too near the end. These days we need some more uplifting movies.\r Beautiful cinematography and scenery. Scenery was beautiful. Story was not really interesting. Not enough detail about Edee to make you care about her or her situation. Not sure how or why she made her way to the mountains. Miguel is the epitome of good neighbor and towns folk. I was disappointed in this movie. Not enough detail until the last 5 minutes to understand the characters or their motivation.

The first half of the movie was really slow.. which tied in very well with the second half of the movie (slow). All that to lead up to the last 10 minutes which was the real substance of the story. Please don't waste the viewers time with movies like this one.\r\rIf the bear was hungry and walked right up to the outhouse, there is no way the bear would not smell her stinky self (from living in the woods) and rip right into that little hut and kill her. This scene was not believable.\r\rI doubt this movie would be very popular in the theatre (if movie theater's were open). Thank you.
