It was beautiful. The art work fantastic. It was slow at times but so sensitive. The look of the monster was wonderful! I could really relate to the boy. Though my parents died when I was much older, I related to how he felt, just wanting it over with because of all the pain.

Very powerful, well done, excellent acting, and no sugar coating. I highly recommend- but don't forget Kleenex.

An exceptional movie, heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time, good for the whole family! Amazing visually, a must see!

Although the story was sad and not for everyone, the acting was superb and the animation was amazing! I would recommend it to any adult or older child going through the loss of a loved one.
