it was . good

The movie exposes the correction and downward spiral of the city Detroit. The corruption of police, federal government and mayor of the city. It's unbelievable that this is a true story and the center of it all is a teenager. This is Matthew McConaughey's best performance since Dallas Buyer's club.

Excellent drama; the actors were incredible across the board. It felt real and you find yourself getting lost in the characters.

I liked this movie I just wish they would have shown a picture of Rick at the end. Matthew McConaughey played his part very well. Well made for a film back in the day when police were blatantly corrupt.
