Book Club is a feel-good movie that was cute and enjoyable. It is perfect for a night out with the girls. It is like Sex and the City filmed with women and for women in their 50/60's. The audience was laughing throughout the movie and the star power is terrific. If you are in a book club or looking for a fun movie to see with your girlfriends, you’ll want to check out this comedy.

Funny and cute

A good movie but honestly not the level of acting I expected from such an amazing cast. Chemistry between the characters just wasn’t there. I did like the movie, and there were funny parts. I went in with First Wives Club expectations and it just wasn’t there.

Great cast, and nice to laugh out loud at real life problems and truthfull relationships. Not terribly original story, but had touching moments. The audience rooted for each character, and it was nice that no one was spiteful or mean-spirited.
