It was another white lady gone soul searching while camping movie. Wild was a better movie, but same premise.

I thought it was a remarkably relevant film for our times, as viewers watching this during the pandemic are sure to relate at least a little to Edie's isolation. Overall, I thought it was nicely paced and the acting was top notch. The connection between the two characters may have been a little too convenient to the story but I appreciated that it didn't become a hackneyed romance. I like a nice meditative movie for grownups so Land was right up my alley.

A bit slow. Also it got some things wrong about isolated areas. You can hear a car from miles away. No one is going to be able to just pull up to your cabin without you knowing they are coming.

Sad story. Grief can make people do crazy things. She proved, however, that her grief did not take her down.
