I really liked this movie it was so interesting to see the sign language being spoken, I wish that I could interpret it on my own without the words on screen showing up. There was one thing that I wouold have liked to have seen on the screen how the family figure out who would be the hearing person working on board the boat after she went to college. Her brothers girlfriend would ended it well

At its heart CODA is your typical coming-of-age family dramedy that doesn't stray too far from the playbook. Still, it does its job well and is an enjoyable watch. It's also commendable that the family is played by deaf actors. Its commendations at the Sundance film festival are deserved.

Really good movie. I laughed a few times. I almost ALMOST cried once. Due to a few sexual scenes/conversations this is an older teen/family feel good movie. I would recommend.
