The story and acting is phenomenal, but as a lover of the book, I was underwhelmed that the ending was changed. I think some Steven King fans are going to be disappointed, but people that did not grow up on the novel will love it. The ending of the book is far superior but I know that would have been hard to translate to film.

Great performances and direction.

Very well done with great lead performances. A tough watch. Very good movie but I wouldn’t want to watch it again and I would be selective about who I would recommend it to.
