The twisted humour was unexpected but appreciated. It was a fun family film, (slightly gorier than expected) but overall a solid summer film. Really enjoyed the experience.

The End of Oak Street is like Spielberg but meaner. Anne Hathaway was phenomenal, as was Ewan Macgregor. David Robert Mitchell's direction channeled Jurassic Park and ET, but kept me on my toes and repeatedly surprised me!

It was the most "suspend your imagination" and just have fun movie experience. Loved the 80s throwback and all the nostalgia details, big fan of Carl Sagan and Cosmos, so I so identified with the Audrey. As a super fan of Jurassic Park, the featured dinos were a bonus. The pacing was decent and no time was wasted. Sure there are some things in it that make you wait, what the eff.. however, it is an enjoyable bumpy ride with enough twists and turns; and the acting did not dissappoint!
