I really enjoyed Dune. I had limited knowledge of the novel and plot, so it really made learning the world that much more fascinating. I understand the novel came first, but I liken it to a more mature Star Wars, with political themes akin to Game of Thrones. The acting, effects, cinematography, and music were stellar and I look forward to the next movie!
