Waited out in the cold on 42nd street for over an hour only to be turned away at the door.

I only gave one star because I briefly stepped out of the line and saw Jason Momoa. Regal Times Square and Amazon teams — this was extremely poor treatment. There were over 100 people in line. About 50 were let in, while the rest were kept outside in −4°C weather with strong wind for over 40 minutes, even though it was clear tickets were running out. In total, we stood there for almost two hours. People were freezing, while staff gave tickets to friends without waiting in line. Very disappointing.
