Excellent film.

This movie made me feel as if I was a part of this family. I felt the pain frustration and dehumanization this ordeal brought onto the Reels families! I witnessed a justice system operate unjustly towards black people for the hell of it! Two DECENT, HONEST, HARD WORKING black men were thwarted and cheated out of life Liberty and the pursuit of happiness because of a trespassing charge that should’ve been through out due to an ill-gotten land transaction. If it were white people this wouldn’t have played out like this. Shame on Cateret County North Carolina!!!!!

Very sad and heartbroken. To know that in this day and time ,we are still experiencing prejudice, and having our things taken and stolen from us with none held accountable. Just because the law is on the white side. It's just not right. For someone to spend years in jail for ur oo property.. it's just plain wrong.... Greedy white people. That get what they have by taking from the poor!!!

The movie was beautiful. It touch my heart and soul. Very well done.
