I am old enough that I saw the original Superfly with Ron O’neal. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this remake, but I was very much entertained. I appreciated the touches of humor and even though I pretty much knew how it might end, it was still fun to see how it got there. I have already recommended to my 20ish son and his friends.

It was pretty good movie. A lot of cheesy parts but overall good movie.

The rapping at the funeral, was un unrealistic. No one does that. The main character did a fantastic job.

Good cast. Easy to follow story line and very well done. Like that all outcomes are brought to a final conclusion. Hate movies that leave the character's outcome hanging in the air. Very good movie.
