Not enough seating went watched another movie

Scanned my ticket but seat were all filled up because they were letting people in that did not have a scanned ticket.It was very disorganized and the lady scanning ticket was terrible at her job.We never got in to see it because lack of organization after our ticket got scanned.I think we should get free tickets after we were counted in but did not get seated because the lady messed up.
