Very intriguing! Gerard Butler excels! The beginning portion is a little quick, eg the dissolution of marriage. However, the pace is excellent up until the last quarter. I was on the edge of my seat and I was almost expecting for the family to not survive. Excellently done. Excellent performance by the child!

Accurately captures the intensity of natural disasters and real life drama that follows. I enjoyed it a lot.

It was action packed and kept me on the edge of my seat. So many twists and turns, success and failures, joy and remorse. It’s a story of survival and what we will do to protect ourselves, tthe deep, hidden ugly side and the side to rejoice about. The ending was a little flat, where could they go, what had they survived all this for.
