I thought it was a moving and introspective film with beautiful cinematography.

Simply nothing that we have not seen before in terms of grief and a re-awakening. A real human experience, but to make another movie out of it, there should be something special. The exteriors are beautiful but not enough.\r\rIt made no sense in so many places. What gave her the idea that she could survive out there? We can only assume that she was making a half-assed, uncommitted attempt at suicide, that might or might not end in death. And then along comes a man to rescue her, and she suddenly can kill a deer with one shot and successfully trap animals and split logs. Really?

The film really gives insight to the emotions of grieving and how some people deal with it. Thought Robin Wright did a good job of portraying that factor in the movie and found that life goes on. Enjoyed the movie.
