it was a good film! i hadn't seen the original musical or heard the songs, only knew a brief synopsis of the story. however, Chu's directing was a perfect fit for the high energy numbers from this show! it was definitely entertaining.

Overall good movie. Musical acts were good. Solid music from Lin-Manuel as always. Anthony Ramos was great as Usnavi. A bit long and felt not all storylines closed as they should have.

It was a phenomenal movie. You can feel the love and passion that went into this movie. Especially during this time in the world to feel such love and passion is a gift this movie gives the audience !
