Very entertaining. Incredible performances from an absolutely stacked cast. Stunning costumes and excellent sound, from design to score. Gyllenhall brings a surprisingly fresh take to the Frankenstein story, bringing it back to life across a spiraling American setting, this time with a deep feminist streak.

It was a very entertaining movie. The whole Mary Shelley thing was unnecessary and confusing. They completely gloss over how completely broken Ida's body was and think a leg brace makes her whole again? That was a stretch. But the story was otherwise well crafted and portrayed.

Excellent twist on the classic story. Great acting by Jesse and Christian, overall superb casting and cinematography.

Christian bale and jessie buckley did amazing jobs portraying their characters. The movie was pretty good. Just felt like it was a bit too long and drawn out, but other than that it was pretty decent
