You do not have to like heavy metal music to like this movie. In fact, the least of this story is the music. It is a great tale of the human spirit and how we adapt and change, even when we fight against it. Tender and kind in a way we need right now.

I was gripped with an empathetic anxiety the whole time. It was like being in a virtual experiential machine.
