Annihilation is an acid trip. It's definitely trippy (like the wormhole scene in 2001). Lots to digest.

A little slow. Lots of gaps in storyline

The story was awesome just did not give enough info about the Shimmer. I left feeling as if I still did not know enough about it. This movie is not for every audience, it's for the deep thinkers who are always thinking that reality isn't really reality.
