This is a great movie to watch with your BFF... \r\rIt is a little slow getting to the "point" BUT this allows your imagination to think of all the things that the underlying issue/problems could really be about. Several unexpected eye popping, jaw dropping moments which made it that much more exciting to watch unfold. **The ending was somewhat cheesy and fell a bit flat as I think it could have had a bigger punch to it. All in all it was a good watch!

Pacing of some scenes could've been better (e.g. Cassie's visit to the lawyer), hard to reconcile some of Cassie's decisions such as her ultimate choice to depend on authorities (police, court) to bring about justice when she was fully aware of how various institutions failed Nina, and her lack of vigilance/suspicion with Ryan (anyone in her position would likely have fixated on the possibility that he was present and a part of Nina's rape to the point of paranoia).

I was very surprised that she was letting them go without killing them. But they hopefully learned their lesson. I was completely shocked with Ryan's part and Al/Joe's really shocked me. I did feel like the movie was set in a different time not current year. I was at the edge of my seat hoping Cassie would be ok.

This movie was so suspenseful, left you wondering what was around the next corner.
