Loved the simplicity of the story. Great acting and musical score to that takes the audience back to that period in time.

A really lovely film about Maude Lewis, who is well portrayed by Sally Hawkins. Maude is really true to herself, despite her struggles and the unhappy man she partnered up with. It'll make you think about the artist in you, and how you make art in your life.

This was a beautiful little film. The audience applauded at the end. Unexpectedly touching and funny. A fine tribute to a naïve artist. A very enjoyable night at the movies.

Nice film, great acting. The writing and direction was a little slow sat the start. But the last two thirds were very enjoyable.
