Excellent adaptation of the original cartoon movie.\rThe effects on the dragons were incredible and a great balance between looking real but not to scary for kids.

I saw this with my 20-year-old, who is a huge How to Train your Dragon fan. We both agreed this was the best live action remake that we have ever seen! I personally was getting a little bit of Jurassic Park vibes, so not sure if it might be a bit too intense for very young kids. However everything about this movie is amazing. The entire movie is beautiful... Scenery, acting, and effects!

It was awesome! My kids enjoyed it especially since they read the book and watched the cartoon so it was cool for them to see the movie live and in color!

We loved How To Train Your Dragon! The casting was great. Gerard Butler did the voice of Stoick on the animated version and was perfect in that role in this version. Mason Thames was outstanding as Hiccup. Each of the main characters were great in their roles. It followed the storyline of the original animated version. I would recommend it to everyone.
