Loved it. It was just a little slow when it first began but there was a turnaround. Great movie!

Beautifully made and directed. It was fascinating to see stop motion look as good as, if not better than CG. The soundtrack was perfect. Story line was wonderfully written... poignant and humorous. Loved everything about it!!!!

Great movie for kids 10+, some scary parts but overall interesting with good action sequences

The movie is great but not perfect. The story, the visuals and the dialogue combine to make you think that this is an Ang Lee-esque epic for adults, right up until the very end where the director cops out and takes shoehorned 'happy ending'.
