As a fan of the books, I enjoyed this new take on it. I believe that those who have not read this book or the others in the Dune Universe will also enjoy this movie.

As someone who has only see the last movie from the 80s and not read the books yet I can only say they gave this movie much more time to breath. The whole thing is beautifully shot from start to finish. Nothing seems rushed or as if there is endless exposition. It's part 1 of 2 and they really take time to introduce the world and main characters.

Great film if you like sci fi films! The action and special effects are wonderful.

The set designs, and cinematography were gorgeous! Score was amazing, acting was top notch. This was film is amazing!
